when they walk into school everyday the question that my assistant principals my directors my operations staff and I asked them every day is are you ready and the response back is always that aligns the mighty ready is an acronym for our core values and our expectations for the school so the students know that they have to be always respectful engaged accountable determined and your personal best I like most about the school is a campus and a teacher's pet talked about how amazing colleges and how much education is really important for you I like how they challenge us a lot and they gave us great opportunities we have a lot of techno and it makes it easier to do our work and we have a lot of assignments that help us get into that college readiness students from all over the San Fernando Valley to try to bring in the diversity of effective experiences background that really make lines for a might be a really rich environment for students ever Alliance High School I came here Pacific Elite airlines that my face is really support and different types of populations are able to connect with the kids with their families in their language understanding their backgrounds a line really pushes to tell them that there's more out there in the world rather than just your environment that you grow up in or exposing them to not only college but I also like different things that you can do when you grow up you can go somewhere else I want to go to Oxford I want to go to TSC in sixth grade as soon as they come to us and Carrie's all the way through 12th grade when they get that diploma they get that College acceptance and they go on to college and I feel like I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing that when given the right support and the right accommodations in the right environment all students can be successful in high school and in college but I believe I can attend college and pursue my dream job I believe I didn't appeal letter to my mind to I believe become software engineer I believe we're always ready for college
